My name is Jacqueline. I'm a psychologist and a person-centred experiential therapist in Nijmegen.

In challenging life situations it is not alway easy to make sense of your experience immediately. Under stress all kinds of feelings, thoughts and bodily reactions may come up that may either be overwhelming and frightening or give rise to feelings of emptiness, a lack of initiative or leave you feeling low.

Anxiety, depression and other psychological symptoms may be the result.

I do not attach labels to people. You as a person are central in my approach. In the sessions I will create a safe and open space by listening to you in a non-judgmental way, so that you can begin to explore your experience. I will try to understand what's going on from your point of view.

Together we can identify areas where your self-awareness or adequate emotional expression may be inhibited.

I will support you in your natural ability to make use of your own inner resources in order to achieve growth and resolve problems.
