Coaching & Relationship Therapy Amsterdam
Sometimes it can be hard to find your way through the challenges of life. Difficult thoughts and fears can keep you stuck and unable to find solutions or possible actions. I will help you structure these thoughts and understand these feelings better, so that you'll get control over your life.
I work with individuals and couples.
In my practice in the center of Amsterdam (Jordaan) I coach people who struggle with issues relating to work, private life or their relationship.
I see people as whole and capable of living a fulfilling life. However, sometimes you can get lost in problems or difficult thoughts. It can be difficult to know what you can do to get unstuck. In that case it can be useful to get some help.
I can help you organize these thoughts and feelings. Rather than giving advice or offering ready made solutions, I will help you connect to yourself and your own skills to deal with problems.
Through this transformation of who you are now to who you want to be, your old ‘problems’ with automatically find a solution.

Online therapy
If, for whatever reason, you don't want to meet in my practice, it's possible to do an online session of phone call. Because I have many clients living abroad I’m used to working with these platforms and in my experience the results are no different from meeting in person.
